For almost a decade our industry-leading Women in Theatre Program (previously Women Directors’ Program) has provided professional insight and the creation of practical pathways for women pursuing careers in the creative industries.
Through mentorships, professional development masterclasses, networking events, pitch opportunities and Technical Design placements on mainstage shows, more than 80 women have participated advancing their learning, skills, connections and careers.
As the Women in Theatre Program concludes, we will support the continued engagement of program alumnae with the Company and each other.
