Digital Coordinator (Full Time, 12 Months)

Melbourne Theatre Company is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Coordinator to join its in-house Marketing & Communications team. Working with the Digital Engagement Manager, the Digital Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in delivering Melbourne Theatre Company’s digital strategy and coordinating online communication channels including EDM campaigns, social media and our website.

We are looking for someone who is up-to-date with digital trends, has strong organisational and copywriting skills, and is passionate about digital marketing and the arts.

Subscriptions Team Leader (Casual)

Melbourne Theatre Company is looking for a dedicated and driven person to join our Customer Service and Subscriptions Ticketing team as Subscriptions Team Leader on a casual basis.

You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Subscriptions Supervisor to deliver superior customer service in the processing of subscription ticketing for Melbourne Theatre Company’s 2025 Season. A minimum of four days per week availability is required and hours of work will be business hours Monday to Saturday, from Monday, 2 September to February 2025. The role will require availability on Saturdays from 21 September.

Subscriptions Ticketing and Subscriptions Ticketing/Telesales Officers (Casual)

Melbourne Theatre Company is looking for dedicated and driven people to join our Customer Service and Subscriptions Ticketing team on a casual basis. There are several positions available covering two roles – Subscriptions Ticketing Officer and the dual role of Subscriptions Ticketing/Telesales Officer.

You will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in the processing of subscription orders for Melbourne Theatre Company’s 2025 Season. A minimum of four days per week availability is required and hours of work will be varied across a working week from Monday to Saturday, commencing on Tuesday 3 September 2024, for approximately ten weeks. Telesales staff will also be required to work evenings from October through until February 2025, approximately.

Please note interviews are expected to take place Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 August 2024
