Production Manager

MTC is seeking a suitably qualified and highly experienced theatrical Production Manager to work closely with the Technical & Production Director and the Senior Production Manager to manage and coordinate all technical and production aspects of assigned MTC Productions and Events, during the pre-production phase through to delivery of the Production to the venue and to the end of the season.

The purpose of this role is to production manage assigned shows in order to achieve the Creative team’s vision while ensuring the most effective use of staffing and materials resourcing in the realisation of the technical elements of the designs within the agreed budget, time and technical parameters.

Interviews will be conducted in late December/early January and it is expected the position will commence as soon as possible.

Philanthropy Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, organised team player to join MTC’s Development department as Philanthropy Coordinator. The role acts as first point of contact for existing and prospective donors to MTC and manages all donor subscription bookings and ticketing requests.

The role provides essential support for MTC’s Philanthropy team, providing administrative and events support as the Company leads a period of philanthropic growth.
