Head of Communications (full time)
We're looking for someone to position, profile and grow our brand and attendance through effective communications. The role leads all aspects of the internal and external communications function, including media and PR, brand and personnel profiling, talent and influencer engagement, and reputation management.

Marketing Campaign Manager (full time)
We're looking for someone to maximise attendance at the shows within our annual season through high-profile, targeted, and impactful advertising. The role works closely with our media agency to evaluate insights, develop plans, and deliver assets that allow us to meet attendance targets through subscriber and single ticket campaigns.

Video Content Producer (full time)
We're looking for someone who can develop, shoot, edit, and distribute high-impact video content across our owned, earned, and paid channels. This content ranges from short-form (short-turnaround) video for social media, to longer form production content that promotes our shows and seasons.

Deputy Company Manager (full time, fixed term 18 months)
Join us as our Deputy Company Manager, a pivotal role supporting artists and productions for our annual seasons. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of one of Australia's leading theatre companies, ensuring a positive, safe, and productive experience for all involved.
Reporting to the Company Manager, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for artists on designated productions, facilitating seamless communication between the creative and administrative teams. You’ll play a key role in fostering a welcoming environment for artists and ensuring operational excellence across our productions.
Key Criteria
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with artists in live theatre.
- Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of rehearsal and production processes in live theatre.
- Able to problem solve under pressure with sensitivity in a multifaceted environment.
- Able to work proactively in both individual and team scenarios.
- Willingness to share responsibilities, respecting and valuing differing strengths, viewpoints and roles.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to the needs of a production as they arise.
- Strong administration skills and highly organised.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with current entertainment employment conditions (desirable).
- Current Driver’s Licence.

Fly/Staging Supervisor (full time)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fly/Staging Supervisor to join our Southbank Theatre Technical Team. This dynamic role involves overseeing the venue’s Power Fly system and staging requirements, ensuring seamless execution for all productions.
As Fly/Staging Supervisor, you will:
- Operate and maintain the Power Fly systems and staging equipment.
- Execute rigging requirements for flown scenery and technical elements.
- Perform Mechanist duties and show crew responsibilities as required, working collaboratively with the technical team.
This position requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to world-class live performance.
