Melbourne Theatre Company (MTC) seeks a suitably qualified, dynamic and experienced finance professional to lead our Finance and IT Department.

The Finance Director is a key member of MTC’s Executive Management Team, playing a vital role in providing high standards of financial management and service for MTC within the artistic framework and the relevant regulatory environments.

We’re looking for someone experienced and motivated, who has significant financial management expertise supporting an executive management team and Board. You will be a strong people manager with excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively. You will have the ability to be flexible, think creatively and drive change by utilising your skills and financial information to enable decision making.
