While traditionally garnished with a wedge of lime, a classic United Kingdom G&T favours lemons (or you can add both to create an ‘Evans’).
More locally, Melbourne Gin Company, served at Southbank Theatre, mix things up with a twist of grapefruit.
Either way, the recipe is incredibly straightforward – a perfect quick cocktail for your guests.

4 ice cubes
60ml Melbourne Gin Company gin
120ml tonic water
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon or grapefruit juice
Garnish: Lemon Wedge or Grapefruit Zest
