Michele has been employed in the performing arts industry for the past twenty five years having commenced as a Venue Technician in commercial theatre in Perth, then at The CUB Malthouse Theatre in Melbourne. This was followed by eight years as Production Manager for The CUB Malthouse, before she resigned to continue a freelance career in Lighting Design and Production and Project Management for numerous Theatre companies including Ilbijerri Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Theatre Company, HIT Productions, Christine Dunstan Productions and Caulfield Grammar School. Michele also spent four years as Manager Arts Centre Events for the Melbourne International Arts Festival. Most recently she was the Company Administrator for two newly formed commercial companies – Folsom Prison Productions and Bold Jack Pty Ltd whilst also maintaining a Lighting Design career.
Michele is now employed by Melbourne Theatre Company as their Senior Production Manager.
