The Study Design for VCE Drama explains that production areas encompass the technical aspects that are used within a performance. They work together to structure or to realise the dramatic potential of stimulus material, and to establish the time period, the place and the mood of a performance. In VCE Drama production areas are used in ways that are relevant to the selected performance style/s.
