Take a peek behind-the-scenes to see how Australia’s longest-running professional theatre company operates. The tour begins with a presentation about the lifecycle of a Melbourne Theatre Company production, providing insight into how various teams collaborate to design and manufacture sets and costumes. Students are then guided around the building to explore costume, wigs, millinery, props, scenic art, workshop and the rehearsal rooms.
HQ Tours are suitable for groups of up to 30 students, Year 10 and up. Bookings are essential. HQ Tours are for student groups only and are not available to the general public.
