A one-of-a-kind creative learning initiative for young First Nations people. This program is made possible by partnerships with the Wilin Centre for Indigenous Arts and Cultural Development at Victorian College of the Arts and YIRRAMBOI.
Deadly Creatives is a free creative learning program for young First Nations people interested in the arts. The program's alumni, teaching artists and new participants all work together to explore ways of telling stories for the stage.
Participants in the program also get to see shows and meet with industry professionals to spark their own creative ideas and connections to the wider industry.

The 2023 participants re-staged ONE DAY (originally devised in 2022) at YIRRAMBOI festival. Presented at The Irene Mitchell Studio Theatre to sold out audiences, ONE DAY used movement, music and spoken word, to showcase young voices – loud and proud – examining how environment shapes identity and connection.
