3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering this competition, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of entry.
4. WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over only. This excludes employees of Melbourne Theatre Company and their family members.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter the competition, each entrant must complete the survey during the Promotional Period. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
6. COMPETITION DATES
The promotion commences on Friday 20 July 2018 and closes at 11:59AM (AEDST) on Friday 31 August 2018 (“Promotional Period”).
7. THE PRIZE
Subscribers who complete the survey within the promotional period will be entered into the draw to win one night luxury accommodation for two people in a superior room at The Langham, Melbourne on a Sunday to Friday including Dinner at Melba Restaurant.
Please note that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the Prize for a component of equal value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. This prize is subject to availability and blackout dates apply.
8. CONTACTING PRIZE WINNER
The winner will be selected at random on Monday 3 September and contacted via email on the same day. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If they don’t come forward before the deadline, a replacement winner will be chosen.
9. USE OF PRIZE
All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. This prize cannot be re-sold and will be issued once the winner has claimed their prize.
