3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 
By entering this competition, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of entry.

4. WHO CAN ENTER? 
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over only and excludes employees of Melbourne Theatre Company and their family members.

5. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must tag a friend or family member in the competition post and ensure both are following Melbourne Theatre Company (@MelbTheatreCo) on Instagram to enter the prize draw. 

6. COMPETITION DATES
The promotion commences on Wednesday 19 December and a winner will be drawn at random on Friday 21 December.

7. THE PRIZE 
2 x $100 Melbourne Theatre Company Gift Vouchers (one for the winner and another for the person they tagged)

The total prize value is $200

Please note that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the Prize for a component of equal value at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

8. CONTACTING PRIZE WINNER 
The winner will be selected at random on Friday 21 December and contacted via Instagram on the same day. Once notified, the winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize by DMing MTC. If they don’t come forward before the deadline, a replacement winner will be chosen.

9. USE OF PRIZE 
All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be resold. MTC Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to purchase tickets to any MTC production or as part-payment on a subscription.
