Website says my ticket is not valid for exchange

At present, online exchanges are only available for performances at Southbank Theatre, The Sumner, and tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours before the performance start time.

If you wish to exchange tickets for performances at Arts Centre Melbourne, or in The Lawler, you will need to visit the Southbank Theatre Box Office, or post your tickets back to us (see below).

Why can’t I exchange my tickets to an ACM show?

Online ticket exchanges are only available for productions in the Sumner. This service is available due to the access control system that is in place at Southbank Theatre, The Sumner and unfortunately this service does not currently exist at Arts Centre Melbourne.

What happens to my ticket when I free up my seat?

Please note that Free Up Seats does not result in a refund.
