We would like to send a heartfelt thanks to all our Club Members for your understanding in regards to the closure of the MTC Club in 2018. Your support, feedback and kind words are greatly appreciated.

Why is the MTC Club no longer continuing in 2018?
The program will not be continuing in 2018 due to low take up. As you may be aware, the membership program was introduced in 2015 as an alternative to the Centre Stage program. Whilst we have seen some growth in numbers over the last three years, unfortunately it has not been enough to allow us to continue the program in 2018. We were delighted to trial the membership program over the last three years and the decision to close the MTC Club has not been taken lightly.

Will the MTC Club still continue this year?
Yes. The MTC Club will continue as normal for the remainder of 2017. Lounge access, Club Member Nights and Club benefits will remain unchanged.

Will I continue to receive discounted parking at Arts Centre Melbourne?
Your Stored Value Card is valid until 31 December 2017. You will continue to receive 20% off general parking and 15% off valet parking every time you use your Stored Value Card at Arts Centre Melbourne until 31 December 2017.

How do I get a refund for money remaining on my Arts Centre Melbourne Stored Value Card after 31 December 2017?
Simply contact the Car Park Office at Arts Centre Melbourne and they will organise the refund for you. The Customer Service Desk is staffed from 8am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 5pm on Sundays. The Office can be contacted on (03) 9281 8012 or via email at carpark@artscentremelbourne.com.au

Will a new program replace the MTC Club?
MTC is currently exploring future options for the MTC Club and the membership team will endeavour to keep you updated on any new developments.

Will I still have access to the Lounge next year?
No, as the membership program is coming to an end the Lounge will no longer be open at pre-show and interval.

What’s happening with the Lounge next year?
MTC will use the Qatar Airways MTC Lounge for our Donor and Corporate events, and it will also be available for venue hire.

Will I get a refund?
As the MTC Club will continue as normal for the remainder of the year, no refunds for 2017 will be issued.

What do I need to do to get priority processing?
You don’t need to do anything to received priority processing. Once we receive your booking form our system will alert us that your account is valid for priority processing.

Am I still an MTC subscriber?
Yes. If you plan to re-subscribe in 2018 you will still be an MTC subscriber.
