West Gate by Dennis McIntosh is a new Australian work developed through Melbourne Theatre Company's NEXT STAGE Writers’ Program.

Due to publishing and printing timelines, the Currency Press edition of West Gate will differ from the text as performed in its world premiere season at Southbank Theatre. Melbourne Theatre Company will provide the same summary of changes to the Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority and VCE Theatre Studies Assessors.
