The 39th annual Green Room Awards were announced on Monday 11 July at Melbourne’s Capitol Theatre. MTC was recognised for three of our 2021 productions, taking home awards for Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes, The Lifespan of a Fact and Berlin. Congratulations to all winners, nominees and artists for a fantastic year of theatre!
Dan Spielman was awarded Outstanding Performance for his role in Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes. This award was shared with joint recipient Jessica Clarke for Red Stitch’s Iphigenia In Splott.

Kat Chan won Outstanding Costume Design for The Lifespan of a Fact while Outstanding Lighting Design went to Niklas Pajanti for Berlin.
