Get the most out of seeing a Melbourne Theatre Company production by adding a pre-show talk. These talks are a unique opportunity to explore key aspects of the curriculum ahead of seeing the show. Pre-show talks for Playlisted productions directly address the relevant VCE Study Design. Learn behind-the-scenes insights and make informed predictions about the how the play will be realised onstage.
Pre-show talks run for 45 minutes, leaving just over an hour for your students to eat lunch ahead of the matinee performance. Performances with a pre-show talk also include a 20-minute post-show Q&A with members of the cast and creative team.
