MTC is pleased to offer our sound studio and the support of a sound technician free of charge, for the benefit of the creative artists in our community. The sound studio at MTC HQ will be available to hire on Fridays for recording and mixing.
You can use the time to record a monologue, a radio play, a song, voice work for your reel – whatever you wish.
MTC is following Safe Work Australia guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone at MTC HQ, as such we are only offering a limited amount of sessions. Each session will be for a four hour slot, with a maximum of three hours for recording or mixing to allow an hour for set up and cleaning. Applications are on a first come, first served basis until sessions are exhausted.
Please see the Sound Studio Hire Procedure Document for more details and contact Kathleen Higgs at firstname.lastname@example.org with any enquiries.
Prior to arrival at MTC HQ, please ensure you have completed our COVID-19 visitor checklist.
