Major Gifts Manager (Full-time, ongoing)

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Major Gifts Manager to join the Development team at Melbourne Theatre Company. In this role, you’ll lead our major gifts strategy, steward and deepen relationships with existing supporters, and identify new philanthropic prospects who share our passion for remarkable storytelling. You’ll manage a strong donor pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and work closely with senior leaders, board members and colleagues to identify new prospects, deliver major campaigns, and craft impact-driven funding submissions.

You’ll bring strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm for building relationships that inspire generosity and long-term support.

If you're ready to help shape the future of theatre in Melbourne, we encourage you to apply.
