Melbourne Theatre Company is looking for dedicated and driven people to join our Customer Service and Subscriptions Ticketing team on a casual basis, in the dual areas of Subscription Ticketing and Subscription Sales.
You will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in the processing of subscription ticketing, as well as driving sales for MTC’s 2018 Season. A minimum of 4 days per week availability is required and hours of work will be varied across a working week from Monday to Saturday, commencing on 14 August, until November 2017.
The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with a strong background in customer service, proven attention to detail and problem solving skills. High level of computer and CRM system skills is required; knowledge of Tessitura ticketing system is an advantage. A background in outbound phone sales will also be highly regarded.
Please note this is a dual role in Ticketing and Sales and interviews will be for both roles; please see position descriptions below.
