For secondary school or tertiary students, MTC offers generous group discounts (for groups of ten or more) for all plays in the main season.

Ticket availability

Season 2010 Education Bookings are now open for The Drowsy Chaperone, The Swimming Club, Madagascar, Richard III and Dead Man's Cell Phone. All remaining Season 2010 productions will be on sale from 9 March 2010. Tickets are available for all performances except Friday and Saturday evenings, depending on availability.

Ticket Prices for School Groups (excludes The Drowsy Chaperone)

Melbourne metropolitan schools and tertiary institutions: $22 per student, Non-metropolitan schools and tertiary institutions: $20 per student.

Tickets for Teachers

One teacher or supervising adult, receives a complimentary ticket for every group of ten secondary school students booked.  Up to ten additional adults are eligible to attend with the group at the discounted rate of $39.90.  Tertiary teachers accompanying a group of tertiary students are also eligible to attend with the group at this discounted rate.
